These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website starrresourcescr.com (the "Site") operated by Starr Resources Construction & Remodeling LLC ("Starr Resources," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Marion, Texas 78124. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, a contract, a bid, professional engineering or architectural advice, or a guarantee of availability, pricing, or scheduling. Any project engagement requires a separately executed written agreement or signed estimate/contract between you and Starr Resources.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimate requests submitted through this Site are inquiries only and do not create a contract.
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and are based on the scope of work described. Changes to scope, concealed conditions, or code requirements may adjust pricing and timelines.
Verbal figures, ballpark ranges, and phone discussions are not binding quotes.

3. Contractor Disclaimers

Scope of services. Starr Resources Construction & Remodeling LLC does not directly perform foundation repair, structural engineering, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire suppression work, or major electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work. Where a project requires these trades, such work is performed by properly licensed independent subcontractors engaged for that purpose.

Texas licensing: The State of Texas does not require a state-issued license for general contracting or remodeling. Starr Resources does not claim any license it does not hold; we represent only the registrations and certifications we actually hold, including our SBA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification and SAM.gov registration, which may be verified through the issuing agencies.
Insurance: Starr Resources maintains insurance for the work it performs, and certificates of insurance are available upon request. Specialty trades that require licensure (such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing) are performed by properly licensed independent subcontractors.
Site content is not a warranty: Descriptions of services, processes, and past capabilities on this Site are not express warranties. Any warranties applicable to your project will be stated in your written contract.
Permits and code compliance: Responsibility for permits and code compliance for contracted work is allocated in the written contract for each project.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship

Use of this Site, submission of a form, or exchange of emails or messages does not create a contractor-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Such a relationship begins only upon execution of a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of Starr Resources or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for sharing links to the Site. Government seals and certification marks displayed on this Site (such as SBA program badges) remain the property of their respective agencies and are displayed to indicate certification status only; their display does not imply agency endorsement of this Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARR RESOURCES CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR FROM RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING UNDER A SEPARATELY EXECUTED WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR SERVICES, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THAT CONTRACT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starr Resources from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Guadalupe County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
